Role Summary:

The Account Manager will be responsible for our existing new client, and it will be the key person for seeking new opportunities withing this account, understanding the customer challenges and matching their needs with MTU services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Focal Point for quoting prices, preparing proposals, providing information regarding terms, delivery dates, and negotiating contracts.
  • Developing new strategies within the assigned region or customer; gathering data on products and pricing.
  • Answering any customer questions and addressing their needs.
  • Servicing existing business and developing strong client relationships.
  • Work together with the Supply chain team to find the best and most suitable solutions for the customers. (Pricing, LT, MOQ, Dropp shipments)

Required Experience/Qualifications:

  • Some experience in Sales, Customer service or Supply chain preferred.
  • Knowledge of Excel and the rest of the Microsoft package.
  • Be ambitious, competitive with a winning mentality.
  • You enjoy sales, treat it as an art form and enjoy having fun with the team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English, any other European language, Spanish preferred)

  • Sales Proposals and Presentations: Knowledge of sales processes, tools, and techniques; ability to prepare and present formal recommendations for how the organization can meet the customer’s needs.
  • Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology, and services; ability to provide overall product/service ‘value’ and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.


This position will report direct to the Supply Chain Manager.
